How do I place an order?
It's easy. Simply click here and choose any Clairebella product to personalize. Once you've made a choice, just follow the easy step-by-step personalization process with our Online Designer tool. If you have questions about the order process, you can call us at 1-866-675-8037 during our normal business hours and we'll walk you through the process.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Absolutely! We can send your order internationally. You can review shipping options and delivery time estimates here.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, from time to time. You may be required to enter a promo code at checkout to receive your discount. Please check our homepage to see if we are currently running a special.
I want to give a personalized Clairebella product as a gift. Will the price I paid be seen by the recipient?
No, the price paid will not be included in the shipment or seen by the recipient.
What happens if my Clairebella order is damaged during shipping?
Although we're very proud of our protective packaging, sometimes accidents do happen. If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as you receive your package or within 14 days of receipt, and we'll be happy to provide you with a replacement product for free. Unfortunately, no replacement claims can be processed after 14 days of receipt. Please contact us for details about how to return your damaged product.
How long will it take for my product to be created and when will I receive it?
Good question! In most cases we need just 3 to 5 days to produce your custom Clairebella product, however if you created personalized melamine bowls, plates, platters or trays, an additional 3 business days are required. Do you ship to Guam?
Of course we do! Shipping to the U.S. territory of Guam is easy – simply select “GU” in the State dropdown menu. Shipping costs are the same as domestic USPS services. Learn more about domestic shipping options and delivery time estimates here.
Are Clairebella products BPA free?
Yes! From plates to cups to water bottles and more, ALL Clairebella plastic and resin products are completely Bisphenol A (BPA) free!
What kind of guarantees do you offer for products?
We want you to be 100% happy with your Clairebella experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return unused product within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund, subject to the exceptions found under our Returns/Refunds policy.

Can I combine my referral or promo code with a site-wide sale discount?
No, we're sorry but discounts cannot be added together. Only one promotion or referral code can be redeemed at a time, and these code(s) cannot be combined with any existing site-wide sales. However, if you forget to enter your promotion or referral code during checkout, please don't worry! Simply contact us and we'll add any valid code to your order and credit you the difference. Please note that, unless otherwise stated, a promo code or referral code discount replaces any site-wide discount.
